Food was amazing but customer service is beyond the worst!!!! They ruined the end of my wedding reception and didn’t even care to fix it!!! Wedding was Friday 10-6-17 DJ couldn’t set up properly due to their roof leaking (stated that it was the AC but probably was the rain). They clean it up and leaking stops so I let it (even though they yelled at my DJ because I found out about it, which I found out from some of my guest who were already there!) Then they tell my DJ towards the end of dinner that he can’t play music above dinner music level before 9pm, without saying a word to me be before hand about the music issue. So my first dance with my husband, father/daughter, son/mother dance & bridal party dance was low music! I let that go as well. Then the 2nd to last song of the night it starts to pour on the dance floor while me and my guest were still dancing!!! The roof started to leak again!!! Ugly buckets were brought out and towels as I was saying goodbye to my guests and after I paid the bill!!!!!!! Patty offered us NOTHING for these mishaps!!!! She offered to call me in the morning to settle it but seeing it has been two days now I doubt that it happening! Poor customer service. This isn’t how a business should be run. Nor should someone who spent more then $3000 be treated!!!!!!
Seriously the greatest ribeye steak sandwich or ribeye meal with double baked potato ever in life! Unbeatable service!! Elegant surroundings yet dress any way you want from suit to Jean shorts. Love this place!!
Way overpriced for the quality of the food, typical for all in our party, nobody said their food was good which is unfortunate for $30 plates. Also really slow service, waited an hour (not exaggerating) for our check. Used to be a great restaurant, unfortunately they must be surviving on outdated reputation.
First visit last Saturday, came back again tonight. Great food, friendly wait staff and nice atmosphere. Prime rib was delicious!
